Course Description *This course focuses on health and wellness concepts necessary for making healthy choices about one's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Topics such as fitness, nutrition, weight management, body image and eating disorders, stress, substance use and abuse, prevention of diseases, bullying, stereotypes and discrimination, and communication and conflict resolution will be discussed to help students make practical and healthy decisions in every-day life. Self Paced Scheduling Information Complete Courses - Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 9 months - 1/2 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 months - 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 2 months Abbreviated Courses - Abbreviated Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 60 days. - Abbreviated 1/2 and 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 30 days. Partial Courses - Monthly courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 weeks Delivery Method
