Course Description
The AP® World History - Modern course covers the historical events that took place from 1200 CE onward. This course is designed to provide students with the economic, cultural, social, and political developments related to the major events associated with this time period. Throughout this course, students develop skills including the analysis of primary and secondary sources. The course will also introduce students to the various networks of exchange, the Enlightenment, and various revolutions. They will study the Cold War and the collapse of communism and wrap up with the dawn of the 21st Century.
