Course Description US History III continues with a chronological study of American history from after WWII through to the present day. US History III examines significant events such as the Cold War, the Civil Rights Movement, Vietnam, Watergate, Reaganomics, Desert Storm I, 9/11, and the 2000 and 2008 presidential elections. The final topics of the course deal with the modern United States and its ever changing role in the world and culture from within the nation.
