Course Description Commencing with the Colonization and Settlement of the New World and winding its way through America's history into Reconstruction, students will have the opportunity to learn about the nation's past while exploring their own place in America. Students will learn of the colonization, the Revolutionary Era, the forming of the New Nation, the Civil War, and Reconstruction. Citizenship, government, geography, economic, and sociological topics are incorporated throughout. Self Paced Scheduling Information Complete Courses - Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 9 months - 1/2 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 months - 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 2 months Abbreviated Courses - Abbreviated Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 60 days. - Abbreviated 1/2 and 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 30 days.
