Course Description US History I (to 1930) covers the time period between the Age of Exploration and The Great Depression. This course provides students with cross curricular lessons that cover government, economics, and humanities. Students will interrogate and thoughtfully reflect on the history of America by analyzing various sources. Students will form written opinions on topics such as the parts of government, Westward expansion and the role of the government in economics. Self Paced Scheduling Information Complete Courses - Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 9 months - 1/2 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 4 months - 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 2 months Abbreviated Courses - Abbreviated Full Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 60 days. - Abbreviated 1/2 and 1/4 Credit Equivalent courses must be completed by your school's end date and within 30 days.
